ABOUT ME

I am a native of East Tennessee. I started in the accounting profession working in my father's CPA practice after graduating from college in August 1980. I also worked for a regional CPA firm before opening my own CPA practice in 1991. I have been licensed in Tennessee as a Certified Public Accountant since May 1986.

I have an extensive background in helping small businesses start up, expand and change into more efficient and productive business entities through the selection of the proper business entity and pro-active tax planning for the business and business owner. I also enjoy helping individuals with their tax planning and reporting needs.

EXPERIENCE

I have extensive years of experience in performing compilation and review engagements, tax planning and tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLC's, proprietorships & non-profit entities. I have assisted numerous contractor's with the financial areas of contractor licensing and renewals.

HOW TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be scheduled via calling the office, texting or emailing me. Normal business hours are from 9 am through 5 pm Monday - Friday with other hours available by appointment.

Consulting

I offer business consulting and business entity selection services for all types of businesses and individuals. I also offer IRS and State Tax Agency Representation Services for individuals and businesses.
